feat: improve ccache documentation with config #519

Description

Default ccache size is 5GB but as users keep rebuilding different things, it can go up to 40GB in size.

So I set 60GB limit for the ccache config file and made sure it is in the correct place. (Ubuntu 22.04 default is in .cache/ccache)
