Updating our IPFS url hostname from
https://cloudflare-ipfs.com->https://ipfs.ioahead of the switchover on August 14th per: https://blog.cloudflare.com/cloudflares-public-ipfs-gateways-and-supporting-interplanetary-shipyardTesting
There are no functional changes, a smoke test should be performed to ensure assets such as token images load as expected
