This PR introduces a new deployment process that aims to address a few issues:

  • A standardized deployment process, that allows effective collaboration between dev teams and chain ops
  • Clear ownership of release deployments
  • Transparency, for relevant stakeholders, on expected timelines and processes
  • External integrators can also document their rollouts
