Added indicator flowers for quite a few different ores. Most mundane minerals should be accounted for. Added a bunch of new config options to customize the amount of flowers and nuggets that are generated. Recipes for the tools, too.

Initial working version. Has config support. Three items are available:

• Gold Pan: can only be used on blocks under water
• Prospecting Pick: can only be used on stone
• Sifting Pan: can only be used on dirt or gravel

At present, all three items function identically, except for the usage restriction. Also, there aren't any crafting recipes yet.
