Early code was posted previously, but this first release is as published by Amazon. Updates will be provided as bugs are reported and corrected, but only for major changes, as maintenance of the published version is my key priority. Users who want to create their own setup and modify it for their own use can email me to inquire about any intermediate versions in progress.
