Feature request
Build unit test for class SampleSheetBuilder. Tests should include cases for: cancer, generic and germline sample sheets.

Target example:

def on_visit_material(self, material, node_path, study=None, assay=None):
     """
     material type: altamisa.isatab.models.Material
     node_path type: tuple
     study type: altamisa.isatab.models.Study
     assay type: altamisa.isatab.models.Assay
     """
