Welcome to the course website for CMM262: Quantitative Methods in Genetics and Genomics!

Course Organization

This interactive course is taught by a variety of experts in the field of genetics and genomics! These experts will go over the conceptual background behing different sequencing technologies and/or analytical techniques, as well as provide an interactive introduction to performing bioinformatics analyses in the form of Jupyter Notebooks.
