Update drugs.txt

Summary

Adds missing forum.grasscity.com subdomain of grasscity.com domain to drugs.txt. The domain grasscity.com is in drugs.txt, but its forum.grasscity.com subdomain is not.

Checklist

• I have verified that I have not modified the following files:
  - inside the adguard folder
  - inside the alt-version folder
  - inside the dnsmasq-version folder
  - everything.txt

Because those files will be automatically updated using GitHub Actions!

OR, please provide the guide on when it will be merged. Our project depends on this one and we need this tiny fix.

Hey there!

Just a quick update on your issue here. It got merged in this commit. However, the blocklistproject/Lists project isn't being maintained anymore, and I'm afraid I can't do much to help with that.

It seems there's a user named @gap579137 who has the ability to merge things, but I haven't seen him around since November 5, 2024, when his merges didn't go through, and he seem to have lost interest.

Here are a couple of commits related to that:

The best I can do is share what I know from my own project matrix and my search tool to help provide more info.
