  1. Meeting newcomers and introducing the project

3. Meeting Notes

  • For communication, Slack channels will be used. Newcomers are added to the existing channel. In addition, Trello account will be created to track issues in addition to GitHub.

  • Subgroups are formed. Members of subgroups can also be seen in the picture below. Frontend -- Ahmet Dadak, Burhan Can Akkuş, Hasan Ramazan Yurt, Umutcan Uvut Backend -- Halil Umut Özdemir, Alperen Divriklioğlu, Hilal Demir, Hüseyin Can Bölükbaş Android -- Burak Ömür, Öykü Yılmaz, Orkan Akisu, Ertuğrul Bülbül Subgroups

  • Personal wiki pages will be created by the newcomers. Also, main wiki page will be updated.

  • New labels will be created to indicate what subgroup the issue belongs to.

  • Requirements will be reviewed by everyone individually. Then, unnecessary requirements will be determined and will be discussed in the next meeting.

  • Diagrams, project plans, and mock-ups will be updated according to the changes in the requirements.

  • Oyku will continue to be the communicator.

  • Everyone will make a research about the programming languages and frameworks that can be used in coding. Then, we will discuss and agree on the languages in the next meeting.

  • Our next meeting will be held on 30.10.2020.
