- He reviews the edges(references or connections to former works) proposed and corrects some of them by adding or removing, these corrections have to be approved by other reviewers(and maybe the publishers)
- After all is done, the review is completed, and if other reviewers also approve, the node/nodes are added to the system automatically and their connections to the former works(edges) are established
