2020 Summer Draft

This is the point the development of the book reached by the end of my summer 2020 Introduction to R Programming for Epidemiologic Research course. It was my second time teaching the course, but my first time teaching it with the R4Epi book. It still needs a lot of cleaning up and the second half (epidemiology specific content) written. However, this version still represents a pretty significant milestone.
