Context Menu Item Bug Fix

Fixed issue #4. The context menu item removal was throwing an exception when there was no existing context menu item. This issue was introduced as part of a change to Adobe Brackets source: adobe/brackets@7bce131#diff-c380ede28b4d9c6667b780dc52d09ff7
