#272 had bumped this version to 0.0.701, but by the time I merged it, it was no longer a bump. As a result, the integration test charts couldn't be promoted successfully: https://github.com/broadinstitute/datarepo-helm/actions/runs/9781283593/attempts/1

First thing this morning, I merged this jade-data-repo PR: DataBiosphere/jade-data-repo#1726
Which triggered an api chart bump to 0.0.701: DataBiosphere/jade-data-repo@1f1fb41
Later, I merged this datarepo-helm PR, where I had previously manually bumped the datarepo-api chart version to 0.0.701: #272
That was my oversight: while that chart bump was correct at the time, it was no longer a bump when I merged and matched the version already present. Hence, the empty commit failures which prevented integration test charts from being promoted: https://github.com/broadinstitute/datarepo-helm/actions/runs/9781283593/attempts/1
