Thanks for the tool! I think the best place for this is the repo I've asked @mfomicheva to create under browsermt containing QE training (i.e. the stuff that produces the JSON). |

As requested by #53, this PR include a python script to convert the QE json model to a binary file to be used on bergamot-translator.
