- Install dependencies with
mix deps.get
- Create and migrate your database with
mix ecto.create && mix ecto.migrate
- Install Node.js dependencies with
npm install
- Start Phoenix endpoint with
mix phoenix.server
Now you can visit localhost:4000
from your browser.
Create a .env
file in the project root with your YouTube Data API key:
export YOUTUBE_API_KEY="yourkey"
Then run the rake reset mix task:
mix ecto.reset
This will drop, create and migrate the database, then perform the seed task.
The seed task will grab the live data from YouTube and takes a minute or so to finish.
