Update to allow blocks to load in wp 5.7.2
updated to switch to data subscription model to tell when we finally get a valid post and post type
This turns off the pull quote block as that is preventing adding blocks for some reason. This should at least let us test the other blocks while I try and determine what is wrong with the pull quote.
