This change adds the .nojekyll, to tell Github pages to just use the html it finds here. On the server side, configured the `ao-workflows` Pages settings to use branch gh-pages, docs/ root.
Also change the theme.

Wrote the documentation in ReST (Restructured Text) only to find it incompatible with readthedocs.io, so I created a solution under GitHub pages. The documentation also has a section on how to build the documentation.
