this branch is used for starter code in Core 2: Create the Minting UI, and did not include newMint.tsx which is being built upon.
newMint.tsx shown in build notes uses a <MainLayout> component that is not in the starter code.
I added the MainLayout.tsx component from and stripped the newMint.tsx from branchsolution-core-2 .

Added missing 'MainLayout.tsx' component (copied over from branch solution-core-2) along with missing page 'newMint.tsx'. Removed all necessary code to match what is referenced & added during build instructions.
