We could think about a new procedure to update the documentation: Instead of just temporarily having this for the dev guide, we could implement this for a documentation dev branch. This would improve the documentation review process, I recently ended up sending pdfs around to get reviews. So instead of removing this, we could make it permanent for a dedicated "dev/documentation" branch Optimally, this should not end up on the actual website but will have its own link |

Once the devguide has a section on all major topics the dev-guide-branch can be removed from the website as all information is contained within the master branch.
