This version is only compatible with python 3.9, as I've used a type annotation feature only present since 3.9.

This is the easiest version for me to test, since it's the one packaged on Arch Linux.

For Debian users, the next release of Debian (Bullseye) will ship with python3.9, until then you'll have to install it manually if you want to use this xontrib.
