[feat] [style] Histogram and Double-Head Slider for Project Size Dropdown

What's new in this PR

Description

• created and styled a histogram of real-time project size data and a double-head slider for Project Size dropdown
• sliding the heads in the slider reflects in the values of the minimum and maximum project size values in the Project Size dropdown
• dropdown maintains its state after closing and reopening

• other modified files have minor changes, but still worth reviewing
