update katib-integration.ipynb to use a new katib experiment (#66)

katib-integration.ipynb is based on [this example](https://github.com/kubeflow/katib/blob/master/examples/v1beta1/sdk/cmaes-and-resume-policies.ipynb), which has been updated upstream because the docker image it depends on is no longer available.  The present commit updates the notebook to track the upstream example's new version.
