Should we also remove the channel from MicroK8s installation to make the guide version agnostic?

sudo snap install microk8s --channel 1.28/stable --classic

@afgambin I think we should pin the microk8s based on the version we are testing with, since for now that will remain the same. cc @misohu for confirmation on this
