Bump @sap/hana-client and @sap/cds-dk

Removes [@sap/hana-client](https://github.com/hana/node-hana). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@sap/cds-dk](https://cap.cloud.sap/). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `@sap/cds-dk` from 7.9.4 to 8.3.0
