Based on 6/10 discussion:

  • all adult exclusions should be "Exclude-Adult-*"
  • rename adult exclude error load to match peds name
  • rename adult same-day extraneous to match peds
  • ticket updating code to rework sde shortcut to avoid incurring maintenance debt

Added #61 for renaming variables in code to match updated names.
