Can't find "User" field of config file

Hi again. Just pulled the latest git repo and am trying to follow the installation input preparation steps but don't seem to be able to find the User field in the config file. Should I just add it or is this an older version/format of the config file?

I'm very sorry, you arrived during a restructuration of the repo (from paper version to a user-friendly version). I intend to push a workflow following snakemake best practices by the start of next week.
