  1. Document how to report issues 

    I noticed issues opened both in BugZilla (via the [Build Service
page](http://build.erlangonxen.org/bugs)) and GitHub. On top of that,
[the home page of the project](http://erlangonxen.org/download)
mentions the possibility to send email to `[email protected]` and
`erlang-on-xen` Google group.
