Once this milestone is reached, community admins will be able to completely run their own instance of clr.fund from an admin GUI. That includes configuring and deploying the necessary contracts and registries; configuring, customizing, and deploying a self-hosted instance of the clr.fund application; and starting and finalizing (or canceling) individual funding rounds.

Coordinator duties will still be managed externally to this admin GUI.
