Extraction schema react app and backend (no docker yet)

@chencc33 - When I try to run the app using npm start, I get the following error:

npm ERR! enoent This is related to npm not being able to find a file.

Perhaps you need to commit a package.json file?

Did you do ‘npm install’ in both extraction-backend folder and extraction-schema-app folder? Chen
