[4877] Battleground Emissaries

Reconstructed.

Files A-L:
- all guids were first sync with TDB.
- each zone has 2 SPAWN GROUPS created. One for patrol, second for all static.
- using  `spawn groups` & `game_event_creature_data` .. we can simply keep one pair to control all events. (this allow us to reduce ~80% spawns)
Decided to keep: 15103 - aliinace, 15106 - Horde (both from event 18)
File M:
Removing 80% data .. created many gaps.. so Everything was moved to new guid range 94000 ( free for all 3 DBs)
This file can be fully backported by all 3 DBS.  (events are controled by groups, that must be backported first)
All guids that are not on this list should be removed
File N:
- all objects readded using TDB DATA (evens 18 - 21)
- also all WoTLK objects (event 25 & 38) added there.
File P:
 - guids relocated to 94k RANGE (free for all 3DBs)
