@caniszczyk See the "Projects Moving By Year" chart at the bottom of the Project Metrics page. It shows all moves from one tier to another. It doesn't count any moves directly in to any tier by being "accepted". Does this look like what you're expecting?

@caniszczyk I've made a few tweaks to the labels to try and make them more clear (eg. "Projects Advancing by Year") How does it look to you now? One other idea for the title could be "Project Promotions by Year".
