improvements and fixes

• Allowed to switch nuklear theme
• Added PC6/CC6/CPB tweaks
  • Tweaks will be re-apply on system S3/S4 resume

Features froze. Will only update for bug fixes or on driver interface changes in the future.

profile GUI and fixes

• added profile GUI using nuklear lib
• fixed static link, no more dll required
• other minor fixes

tray icon fixes

• fix missing icon after restarting explorer
• fix missing icon if explorer is not started
• add option to restart 3dvcache service forcefully

⚠ Restart 3dvcache service may cause system hang use with caution, disabled by default now. Just wait for 3dvcache polls the registry changes.
