Additional search improvements and better tests

A minor release that improves on search and adds better tests for search and various other views.

API, search, URL handling and minor design fixes

Optimized API performances, a few additional search fixes, better URL handling to prevent 500 errors and minor design fixes, especially for the Scoreboard, which is now linked from the index page.

We've added Martinique, French Guiana and Guadeloupe, which are all counted as France; we improved error handling and added some redirects for country URLs; there were design changes and some other, minor, improvements as well...

We've improved search even more, added a Scoreboard and added Kosovo to the list of supported countries.

Better search and event image handling, add API

Major search improvements, fixed image behavior for events, optimized index map and added support for API. Also added Belarus and Ukraine to supported countries, and other minor improvements.
