Adds a functionality for pausing or killing the rake task
rake jobs:work.It will check for relevant file's presence (
stop_dj_worker.txtorpause_dj_worker.txt). If the file is present, it will stop or pause the rake task, so no more jobs are locked in the delayed_jobs table in the Database.This is especially helpful in production environments.
