Detach Containers
Suggested a while back by @crkrenn , an option to
detachthe docker output from the current terminal is now included:make DETACH=true startwill run the containers in the background.
Rebuild Web Assets
A convenience action for rebuilding and restarting file-server with each of the client-* applications. Useful for seeing client js changes without rebuilding the whole stack.
