This release is aligned with Accord.NET Framework commit 12305d0, which was published shortly after the version 2.13.1 release of the framework.
Portable AForge version 2.2.5.4 or a later build is required. This version is not compatible with earlier versions of Portable AForge.
Portable Accord is also depedent upon the latest NuGet packages CSShim (pre-release) and Microsoft Compression.
