As an administrator I would like to register the arrival of a new animal. If it has a chip I want to check it and collect the owner's information and for communication. If the owner is responsible I would like to take the animal in a cage to a pick up area where all the animals that the owner has to come and pick up are located. If the owner is not responsible, I assign a cage to the animal and take it to the corresponding area.
