This adds a generic SSDV script that replaces erminaz_ssdv and jy1sat_ssdv. The generic script also supports DSLWP. Note that JY1SAT and DSLWP need the daniestevez fork of ssdv, while ERMINAZ needs the upstream version of ssdv.
