GRCon20 workshop: Decoding interplanetary spacecraft. This is partially off-topic. It shows how to analyse in detail deep space probe signals in GNU Radio companion and build decoders for them. Some blocks from gr-satellites are used.

These two short videos by Richard: gr-satellites bringup and gr-satellites and ZMQ. They are now somewhat outdated, since they use gr-satellites v2, where each satellite had a specific GNU Radio companion flowgraph. Still, most of the techniques shown in these videos can be applied in the current versions of gr-satellites.
