Includes pibakery-blocks 0.1.0 and pibakery-raspbian 0.1.0

  • Updates npm dependencies to later versions to fix "User did not grant elevation" bug on Mac.
  • Places os folder outside of .app bundle and into Application Support on Mac, to prevent very long (~10min) first open times
  • Replaces Mac DMG drag-to-install with PKG installer to facilitate the installation of the os folder in Application Support and PiBakery.app in Applications
