DDEV_MAILHOG_PORT and friends replaced by DDEV_MAILPIT_HTTP_PORT and DDEV_MAILPIT_HTTPS_PORT

We don't need to update this for a few months (say 2024-02) but at that time we can change the usage and create a new release.

This problem is completely resolved with

Replace launcha with adminer command #18

So this issue is obsolete. Closing in favor of #18
