Immediately after creating a new puzzle, the activity indicator shows activity under the Doc purely associated with the creation, even if nobody ever opens the puzzle document from JR to actually start working on it. This creates a misleading view of activity.

Ideally, this action would be filtered out so that activity only gets triggered for subsequent edits to the doc, not the initial doc creation.
