  1. Write and merge CHANGELOG.md
  2. Bump version number in package.json and commit
  3. Create pre-release on Github with changelogs attached
  4. Wait for artifacts to be attached to release
  5. Remove pre-release
  6. npm publish
  7. Run packages build script
