I think it might break links and the like to not have it there, any chance you can nudge them for a brief bio and add it in this PR?

Yeah, thanks they will be added

These enable us to uphold high-quality experimentation whilst achieving our current goal of broadening the pool of Deliveroo employees capable of running experiments.

not a strong opinion, are there any examples - however brief - that can be thrown in to demonstrate '...and this is a time when we used this to great effect'?

Just like the point below where an explicit example follows the principle
