- When initiating a new request to expose an event or data stream that VRO doesn't currently support, the process involves collaborating with Darrell to prioritize your request, understanding that immediate implementation might not be feasible. A new DB Application needs to be completed and prioritized for OBI, securing explicit approval for the new functionality. This application must be filled out for each specific use case and typically takes one week to process.
- For the addition of extra fields to an already exposed event or data stream, collaboration with the team for testing is necessary. Utilize Slack to drive this collaboration. In case of any need for expedited actions or escalations, tagging Darrell is advised.
