User Story or Problem Statement

Per #16659, the status message should be set to <span class="remaining_count">@remaining_count</span> characters remaining

In QA on #17449, @Becapa discovered that the News Release content type is not currently using this format. There are two fields on the content type that should be updated:

  • Press Release Title
  • Introduction
