The 13 teams have various mappings onto other sets of 13.
- The 13 sign zodiac as measured accurately along the elliptic.
- 10 Wants: Touch, Drugs, Sleep, "Fire", "Ice", Housekeeping, Helpdesk, Food, Music
- Voting on when events take place.
I want users to be able to proxy their votes (as sorted using keywords on the decisions) to either individuals or conglomerations of voters.
If users only sign up for a single proxy for all their votes, there's no limit to how complex that proxy can be.
