…wildmatch. Minor changes to work with these new versions including moving to builder struct for port creation. Now unused dependencies removed: futures-timer & bytes.

This is just a little housekeeping -
mio-serial,serialport,tokio-util,tokio-serial,wildmatchare now all up to date.Also implemented some of the suggestions from
clippylint.Done a quick test on x86-64 Debian and appears to be working fine.
