Fix CMake tests and installation phase

• Fix filenames for CMake install() packages;
• Fix dependencies for CMake install() packages;
• Install *.ipp files as they are a crucial part of library

Hi, your changes look good to me. If you care to make a pull request to my fork, i would be happy to accept it.
Unfortunately @djarek does not work on this library any more (see #58 (comment)) and has not replied to any issues or pull requests lately.
However, I think this library should exist and I want to try to keep it alive.
