Update to accommodate to the current release cycle and future ones. F# 5 is not in preview anymore,

Since this indicates, that the README hasnt checked on anymore since quite some time, please consider if line 30 - 41 about the supported languages is still up do date.

I Python eventually further implemented as the current "exploring" status suggests? Thanks

I've updated it. We are actively exploring Python support.
